Q: What should I expect during my assessment?
A: Before we can get you where you want to be, we need to determine where you are. During your initial visit, Tama will take you through a series of exercises to determine your current fitness levels. She will also have a conversation about your goals, struggles, and challenges. From there, you will set some smart goals and map out a plan to reach them.
